Few things are better than a warm chocolate chip cookie straight from the oven. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt for an extra special treat. Each cookie weighs 2.5 ounces, so share it if you want (OR DON’T)!

KEEP FROZEN.

Ingredients: Almond flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips (organic unsweetened chocolate, organic coconut palm sugar, organic cocoa butter), coconut sugar, sustainably-sourced palm shortening, organic maple syrup, vanilla extract, water, psyllium husk, sea salt.

1. Remove cookies from the FREEZER.
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place desired number of cookies on the sheet. Let sit on your counter while the oven preheats. Sprinkle with flaky seat salt if desired.
3. Preheat your oven to 350°.
4. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Be sure to watch closely! All ovens are different.
5. Remove from oven. Let cool at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
6. Store extra baked cookies in freezer or fridge in a sealed container.
